The latter part of Acts 9 switches back over to what is happening through Peter. We see mighty acts and making disciples.  A Key to disciplemaking is found in this section.

Peter would soon learn that the Gospel was for all and that he needed to expand his understanding if he was going to do Kingdom work. God works through oikos (households) and through streams of relationships to spread the Gospel and establish communities of believers. 

The Gospel is available for all to hear, and it is effective in the lives of those who believe, as indicated by the regenerating work of the Holy Spirit, made evident in a variety of ways. 

Sometimes, people inside the Church question and criticize God's work. It is up to us to defend God's work and help others see it.

What Satan may mean for evil and to stop the Gospel, it ends up causing the Gospel to spread exponentially. 

Why do some people suffer while others are spared?  It is a mystery, but it is part of human existence. 

The Church is not to just look internally at its own issues and growth.  If the Church looks outwardly as a missionary sending church, God will often bless the church, the word of God will spread, and people will respond in faith. 

Barnabas and Saul (Paul) took along a spiritual intern, modeling for us something we need to employ if we want to grow a movement.
