World events happening in the Middle East ARE not separated from Religion, but are intricately interwoven with them.  We need to sit up and take note. These things could mark the very soon rapture of believers in Jesus from this world.  We need to watch and be ready.

1 Corinthians 10 sets an example of things we ought not to do.  We should find ourselves duly warned to not follow the example set by the nation of Israel through the Old Testament.

In the previous episode we considered the warning of Israel's failures.  We were warned not to do the same things they did.  God promises to help us overcome, and so, we should seek to live for the Glory of God in all we do.

Does the way we come together reflect Christ, or are we individualistic, seeking our glory rather than God's glory? Is there respect and consideration given for others?  We are called to lift and exalt Christ, not self, so why all the church divisions, even over petty issues?

How should we approach communion?  What makes it so special?  What are the prevalent views about communion?

With what is currently going on in Israel and Gaza, someone recently asked why people hate the Jews so much.  In this broadcast, we look at reasons for Jewish hatred from biblical, cultural, economic, and geo-political vantage points. 

Someone recently asked why so many people hate the Jews.  It was almost as if they could not see a reason for such hatred.  In part 1, and again here in part 2, we look the biblical narrative to see geo-political, familial, financial, spiritual and other reasons for such conflict between the Jewish people and the peoples of the world throughout the millennia. 

God has given to each of us Spiritual Gifts.  These gifts are not intended for our personal pride and pleasure.  They are given to us for the expansion of Christ's Kingdom and the building up of the Body of Christ.  What are your gifts?  Are you seeking to serve Christ's Kingdom with them?
