1 Corinthians 11 - Orderliness in Worship - Hair, Clothes, & Communion

Does the way we come together reflect Christ, or are we individualistic, seeking our glory rather than God's glory? Is there respect and consideration given for others?  We are called to lift and exalt Christ, not self, so why all the church divisions, even over petty issues?
